Considering the Specialist’s engagement for service/task performance to the company (one of the companies of Room 8 Group named in the Questionnaire) hereinafter – the “Company”, the Company would need to collect and process certain personal information (hereinafter "Personal data") as described below.
By filling the Pre-onboarding questionnaire (hereinafter - the “Questionnaire”) you agree that the Personal data will be processed by the Company under the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Room 8 Group Data Protection Policy and other applicable laws and regulations.
