We are looking for a Technical Director (Render) who will be directly involved in forming and developing the company’s project. If you want to conduct research on competitors, analyze the needs of end users and form the most optimal solutions — this is the opportunity for you.
Expectations are clear:
- Strong hands-on experience writing C++ applications;
- Familiarity with rendering system architecture, internal structure, and algorithms;
- Experienced in shaders, geometry processing, and lighting;
- Knowledge of one of the shading languages (GLSL, HLSL, etc.);
- Experience writing fast and efficient code where GPU speed and memory constraints are paramount;
- Experience working with GPU performance analyzing and debugging tools (Razor, PIX, NVIDIA Nsight Graphics, Radeon GPU Profiler, etc.);
- Experience designing and implementing various graphics features;
- Ability to operate with memory on low-level knowledge;
- Ability to delegate and monitor tasks;
- Good communication and team skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Develop advanced graphics and realistic visuals for AAA titles on current and next-gen consoles;
- Be responsible for developing new graphics-related features, maintaining and optimizing existing ones;
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks and effectively manage the team to ensure timely and successful delivery;
- Ensure the codebase maintains high quality through the implementation and adherence to sound software engineering practices;
- Research and suggest improvements to processes and pipelines;
- Analyze and improve performance across all target platforms;
- Debug and fix crashes, concurrency issues, GPU/CPU synchronization, and platform-specific problems.
