We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape and smooth out the connected systems at the heart of our games. We are creators of innovative features that fuel our worlds with various intricately connected and layered elements. You will work closely with our Lead UI/UX Designer to ensure the seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all platforms.

BECOMING ONE OF THE DRAGONS YOU WILL:

  • Work through Low-fid wireframes to High-Fid mockups with no need to finalize the design immediately
  • Show flexibility while adopting art styles and direction, and take criticism constructively
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to create a friendly and efficient work environment
  • Identify priorities and gaps in current designs, and suggest/iterate creative solutions

EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEAR:

  • An ability to build a visual hierarchy and understandable information architecture
  • Expertise in creating User Flow
  • Good visual design skills
  • An ability to make prototypes
  • Deep understanding of the basics of Gestalt psychology and usability heuristics
  • Proven ability to do consistent design (one of the heuristics)
  • Proficiency in Figma to use components and libraries, and design systems
  • Experience handling UI/UX documentation
  • Proven ability to solve problems in an iterative way
  • Ability to work with feedback
  • Experience working with MVP and feature prioritization would be a plus
  • Experience preparing presentations and design workshops would be a plus
