Senior Graphic Designer

BECOMING ONE OF THE DRAGONS YOU WILL:

• Working on preparing all visual materials (presentations, newsletters, logos, branding, brand books, etc.) and executing complex promotional designs for studios’ IP;
• Providing efficient and creative solutions for graphic design needs; 
• Converting raw ideas into polished final designs;
• Collaborating confidently with team members and having a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems;
• Implementing feedback received from reviewers.

EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEAR:

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, specifically proportion, scale, perspective, lighting, and colors;
• An experienced eye for artistic quality and detail with the ability to breakdown and communicate complex feedback and art direction clearly using visual, verbal, and written mediums;
• Knowledge of the current video AAA game market, core art styles, and genres;
• Passion for design and outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with new media technology/software;
• Evidence of creative solutions that supports project goals;
• Excellent communicative skills, team worker;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (both written and verbal);— Effective multi-tasking and time management skill;
• Self-organized & very accurate to details;
• Analytical and business mindset.
