Outsourcing Manager

We are looking for a person who will manage PC/Console service line outsourcing framework (policies, risks, overview and performance). The person will own Company’s outsource management process.


  • You will be a part of the Production team, whose main focus is to deliver solutions to clients.
  • You will be working closely together with Engineering, Art, Design, HR, Sales, and Finance.
  • Create and manage the Company’s outsourcing framework.
  • Define, propose and implement the company’s outsourcing policy, requirements to suppliers, and pipeline of working with outsourcing companies.
  • Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve or escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain agreements, service details, and payment forecasts in all systems as appropriate.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection process of external partners.
  • Act as a contact point between internal and external teams for outsourced projects.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of outsourcing procedures and methodologies.
  • Design and drive consistent and organized processes for outsourcing
  • Assess, monitor, document, and communicate on outsourced costs, project status, risks, and key learnings to stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, manage, and resolve outsourcing issues.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or a combination of education and equivalent industry-related experience.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, as you will be responsible for evaluating outside proposals, reviewing organizations’ qualifications, and determining the best fit for projects. 
  • Strong understanding of company’s and project’s needs in order to effectively select subcontracted vendors. 
  • Strong project management skills to successfully oversee personnel and multiple projects. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues and interact with organizational stakeholders and subcontracted personnel.
  • Experience in drafting and managing policies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English is mandatory).
