Operations Lead

• Assist CEO in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the business operations.
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics and create dashboards on business performance.
• Design and implement processes within the Company.

EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEAR:

• At least 5 years of working experience in business operations or finance.
• MS Office tools familiarity, including deep knowledge of Excel.
• Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, take initiative, time management, and be able to handle many moving pieces at once.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good social and presentation skills.
• Experience in strategy implementation on an operational level.
• Multiple stakeholders project management experience will be an advantage.
